Tickets

Passes are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise at purchase. Refunds are available until thirty days before the first day of the event.

Programme changes

All sessions, speakers, rooms and times are subject to change. The online call sheet is the authoritative running order; revisions are stamped with a time.

Conduct

HALF-LIGHT has a code of conduct that applies to every attendee, speaker, sponsor and crew member. Breaches are handled by the production office and may result in removal without refund.
